MALHUT is a brand operated by Viva Technologies Limited, a Hong Kong company (company no. 3141967).

Information, not a guaranteed offer

Website content describes possible service formats and is not a binding quote, legal opinion, certification decision or guarantee of marketplace approval, ranking, traffic, sales or profit. Scope, fees, timelines, access rights and deliverables are agreed separately in writing.

Operating model

Unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise, the manufacturer remains the seller of record and contracting party with each marketplace. MALHUT acts as a delegated operating subcontractor within the approved access and service scope.

Manufacturer obligations

• ✓Product quality, safety and actual availability
• ✓Certificates, declarations, marking and other applicable documentation
• ✓Rights to the brand, images and supplied materials
• ✓Product cost, approved advertising budget and logistics costs
• ✓Warranty obligations, returns caused by defects and manufacturing defects
• ✓Accurate information and timely approvals needed for operations

Marketplace names and demo data

Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex Market names are used only to identify relevant channels. MALHUT does not claim official-partner or endorsed status. Dashboard figures labelled as demo or illustrative are synthetic interface examples and are not client or MALHUT performance claims.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use the website for legitimate business evaluation. Do not interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access or reuse MALHUT content and branding beyond applicable law without written permission. Manufacturer materials remain subject to the rights agreed for the project.

Payments and client access

The public configurator creates a preliminary enquiry, not an online purchase. Until account and payment functions are expressly activated, invoices, payment terms, portal access and data integrations are governed only by a signed agreement and issued invoice.

Availability and liability

MALHUT may update or suspend website functions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Viva Technologies Limited is not liable for decisions made solely from public website content or for indirect loss caused by website unavailability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Questions may be sent to Rafael@malhut.com. Project disputes remain subject to the dispute provisions in the applicable signed agreement.
