Who controls the data

Viva Technologies Limited, a Hong Kong company (company no. 3141967), controls the collection and use of personal data submitted to MALHUT. Privacy requests may be sent to Rafael@malhut.com.

Data we collect

• ✓Name and company name
• ✓Business email, WeChat identifier or phone number
• ✓Product category, project stage and project notes
• ✓Selected package and marketplaces
• ✓Basic technical and anti-spam data such as IP address, user agent and submission time

Purpose and voluntary fields

We use the data to review, route and respond to the enquiry; assess whether MALHUT can support the project; prepare a scope or proposal; protect the form against abuse; and retain appropriate business correspondence. Fields marked required are necessary to respond. Optional fields may be left blank. If required data is not supplied, MALHUT may be unable to process the enquiry.

Recipients and transfers

Access is limited to authorised MALHUT personnel and service providers needed for website hosting, email delivery, security and professional support. Data may be processed in Hong Kong or other locations where these providers operate. MALHUT does not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Enquiry data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, related business records and applicable legal requirements. MALHUT applies proportionate access, transmission and service-provider controls, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Access, correction and deletion requests

You may ask whether MALHUT holds your personal data and request access or correction by emailing Rafael@malhut.com. You may also request deletion; the request will be assessed subject to legal and legitimate record-keeping requirements. MALHUT may need to verify your identity.

Marketing

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any later direct-marketing use will be handled separately where consent or another notice is required.

This notice may be updated when the service or data practices change. The current version and date will remain available on this page.
