Privacy Notice

Who controls the data

Viva Technologies Limited, a Hong Kong limited company (company no. 3141967), controls the collection and use of personal data submitted to MALHUT. Registered office: Unit D, 16/F, One Capital Place, 18 Luard Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Privacy and data-access requests may be sent to privacy@malhut.com.

Data we collect

• ✓Name and company name
• ✓Business email, WeChat identifier or phone number
• ✓Product category, project stage and project notes
• ✓Selected package and marketplaces
• ✓Submission time and limited anti-abuse technical data; an IP address may be processed transiently for rate limiting and is not copied into the delivered commercial enquiry email

Purpose and voluntary fields

We use the data to review, route and respond to the enquiry; assess whether MALHUT can support the project; prepare a scope or proposal; protect the form against abuse; and retain appropriate business correspondence. Fields marked required are necessary to respond. Optional fields may be left blank. If required data is not supplied, MALHUT may be unable to process the enquiry.

Recipients and transfers

Access is limited to authorised MALHUT personnel and service providers needed to operate the website and handle enquiries. MALHUT currently uses Vercel for website and application delivery and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers may process data in locations described in their applicable data-processing and subprocessor documentation, including locations outside Hong Kong. MALHUT does not sell personal data.

Mainland China submissions

If you submit personal data while located in mainland China, the information is transmitted outside mainland China to Viva Technologies Limited in Hong Kong and to service providers needed to deliver the website and enquiry. Where applicable, MALHUT may present an additional cross-border transfer notice and request separate consent before submission. This website does not use enquiry submissions to subscribe you automatically to direct marketing.

Retention and security

Enquiry data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, related business records and applicable legal requirements. MALHUT applies proportionate access, transmission and service-provider controls, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Access, correction and deletion requests

You may ask whether MALHUT holds your personal data and request access or correction by emailing privacy@malhut.com or writing to Privacy Contact, Viva Technologies Limited, Unit D, 16/F, One Capital Place, 18 Luard Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. You may also request deletion; the request will be assessed subject to legal and legitimate record-keeping requirements. MALHUT may need to verify your identity.

Marketing

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any later direct-marketing use will be handled separately where consent or another notice is required.

This notice may be updated when the service or data practices change. The current version and date will remain available on this page.
