Operating Disclosures

This page explains who operates MALHUT and the boundaries of its China-to-Russia marketplace operating model.

Last updated: 27 August 2026

Website and brand operator

MALHUT is a brand operated by Viva Technologies Limited, registered in Hong Kong under company no. 3141967. The registered company name and number are displayed for corporate identification; a signed agreement identifies the contracting parties for each project.

Independent service provider

MALHUT is an independent marketplace operations provider. References to Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex Market identify third-party sales channels only. MALHUT does not claim to be their official partner, representative or endorsed service provider unless a future written authorisation is expressly published.

Seller and account ownership

Unless a signed agreement expressly provides otherwise, the manufacturer or its appointed selling entity remains the seller of record, the marketplace contracting party, the account owner and the owner of marketplace settlement funds. MALHUT works as a delegated operator only within approved permissions and scope.

Client operations and data

MALHUT operates client marketplace accounts through access approved by the account owner and consolidates reporting from the sources configured for the project. The access method may include delegated marketplace roles, limited-scope API credentials and controlled exports, depending on marketplace capabilities. Public interface figures are illustrative, contain no client records and do not claim business results.

No regulated or marketplace authority status

MALHUT is not a marketplace, bank, payment institution, customs authority, certification body or legal adviser. Public content is general service information and is not a regulatory approval, certification decision, legal opinion or guarantee of marketplace admission, ranking, sales, revenue or profit.

Cross-border availability

The website is operated from Hong Kong for international business. Whether a service can be provided for a particular manufacturer, product, marketplace or territory depends on due diligence, a signed scope, applicable law, sanctions and trade controls, product documentation and the relevant marketplace's current rules.
