Marketplace Commerce Operating System · public demo
Explore a simulated manufacturer environment built around MALHUT product principles: action-first decisions, clear marketplace context, operational control and truthful data states.
What to look for
Explore how the MALHUT workspace organizes important decisions, channel operations, financial reporting and expansion planning using illustrative information.
01
Approvals, blockers and urgent work are surfaced before passive analytics.
02
Channels, products and operating state stay visible without pretending demo data is live.
03
Gross sales, deductions and payouts remain distinct instead of collapsing into one headline number.
04
New-market work is represented as a controlled sequence with explicit manufacturer decisions.
Scenario walkthroughs
Choose a simulated operating scenario. The public demo stays separate from real accounts and highlights the sections and decisions that matter in each situation.
Routine operating view: review open work, channel state and settlement context without a critical incident.
Inventory pressure is the focus: identify the affected assortment and move the replenishment decision into the action queue.
A product publication issue is the focus: surface the rejection, evidence and correction path without hiding it inside analytics.
A settlement variance is the focus: keep gross sales, deductions, expected payout and received payout visibly separate.
A scaling opportunity is the focus: connect expansion readiness, advertising and an explicit manufacturer decision.
A channel incident is the focus: put service health, impact and the next human decision ahead of passive KPIs.
A product publication issue is the focus: surface the rejection, evidence and correction path without hiding it inside analytics.
Focus areas
All walkthroughs use one consistent simulated manufacturer dataset. Scenario-specific changes appear only in the modules designed to demonstrate them.
Example decision center
The selected walkthrough uses one consistent simulated scenario. Signals, decision ownership and module routing stay aligned and remain completely separate from real customer data.
What changed
A simulated marketplace rejected twelve listing variants. The scenario routes the operator to catalog evidence instead of hiding the problem inside aggregate analytics.
Decision required
Review the rejection evidence and approve the correction path before resubmission.

Scenario details
Twelve simulated listing variants are blocked on one marketplace. Catalog evidence becomes primary and the correction decision is linked to Action Required.
Each example uses the same fictional company. The details below highlight the relevant decisions and sections; no real seller accounts or transactions are involved.
